Door elementen om te draaien, kan de akoestiek worden aangepast voor meer absorptie (zachte zijde) of diffusie (harde zijde), ideaal voor verschillende instrumenten. Materialen zoals houtsoorten uit instrumentenbouw creëren warme interieurs die resonantie bevorderen.
